Andrew M. Casey joined Stinnett Law as an Associate Attorney in January 2016 to assist the firm's practice in federal tort litigation, appellate advocacy, personal injury claims, and criminal defense.

He grew up in the Sand Springs, OK area before graduating from Jenks High School in Jenks, OK. After graduation, Andrew attended the University of Central Oklahoma as an undergraduate and the University of Oklahoma for graduate school.

During undergraduate school, Andrew excelled at College Policy Debate qualifying for elimination rounds at the most prestigious debate tournaments in the nation. After graduating, Andy began his first career in teaching and coaching within the Policy Debate program at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX as well as Heritage Hall in Oklahoma City, OK. Throughout these times, Andrew honed his focus on argumentation, research, writing, and cross-examination.

Eventually, Andrew enrolled and began law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Law school became one of the most fulfilling times for him; he became an Editor for the American Indian Law Review, successfully competed at the National NALSA Moot Court Competition, and work at a number of internships ranging from the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. to private law firms in Oklahoma City to a non-profit legal service representing low-income Native American clients.

After graduating law school and successfully passing the bar exam, Andrew moved back to the Tulsa area and began practicing law in the Claremore area before signing on with Stinnett Law. Andrew brings a determined focus towards research to the Stinnett Law team and greatly invests his time into investigating the facts of the firm's most complicated cases.

At home, Andrew is a dedicated fiancé to a beautiful bride and the happiest father to a handsome young boy. He enjoys time with his family, playing basketball, poker, travelling, great food and good company.
